Tasks and Notes from 11/13

Hey Team,
Below are the tasks from our meeting yesterday.  The full notes are available in the Dropbox "Meeting Notes" folder.  I know the temptation is to only look at the tasks but the notes are also worth reviewing as we discussed a lot of relevant stuff.

1. Desiree will follow up with Kim regarding video
2. Justin will follow up with Caroline regarding video
3. Zack to call Stan and record the call (Justin to pass on info/email)
4. Allen to check on whether Ann has the Van Jones Commencement video
5. Allen will send a link to another Van Jones talk from Oakland
6. Allen will work with Ann to get a low-res version of the videos to review on Sunday with Desiree
7. Allen to follow-up to get video from Michelle
8. Desiree to connect with Kim Powe for video
9. Justin will talk to Sarah Stiltner(?) & Kris Vandevort to try to get more Pine pictures
10. Desiree will send pics of herself
11. Zack add music to the project plan
12. Desiree and Allen to go through videos to make notes of what good quotes we have on Sunday
13. Zack to post QT Notetaker link on the blog
14. Allen still needs to get set up in Dropbox
15. Justin to set up so updates to the blog will trigger email notices to everyone
16. Zack to send out team contact list
